The cookies in their packages did not look all that great to be honest. Some of them appeared better than others and the same was true for each cookie. Some of them were good and some of them were just okay! I would probably not order them again to be honest!
Was excited to order and receive my Taylor chip cookies. However, when they got here, I wished I had never ordered! I did not receive the cookies that I ordered! And by that I mean the flavors I had chosen. Fine I get there may be shortages but I feel like I should have had a warning or a choice on substitutions. There was no notification in the box explaining so I was quite confused. The cookies themselves were honestly just OK.
I had seen a post from someone that was super excited to receive her order. In that order she had received several extra cookies. As a first time buyer, I thought how wonderful and that’s part of the reason why I ordered these expensive cookies. Well, no extra cookies and I didn’t get the cookies flavors I ordered.
Overall this was not a very good experience and I’m disappointed.
These are hands down the best cookies I’ve ever eaten. Haven’t tried one yet that I don’t love. They’re all wonderful.
The cookies were a gift and they said the chocolate chip cookies were the best they have ever had!
I hate to say this, but I wish I could have saved myself this expensive mistake. We got an assortment, and they were not great. The vegan chocolate chip literally disintegrated when we took a bite and reminded me of compressed sawdust in texture. Hopefully, others will have a better experience, but I won't order them again.
My son is recently GF and some things GF are not the best. These cookies are very hard to tell the difference between regular and GF and we all love them.
Ordered a dozen of my own selection for Valentines Day. These cookies are so large, my sweetheart and I pulled one out of the refrigerator each day and shared it. Of all the flavors selected, they were all very good. We really enjoyed the Chocolate Lava, Chocolate chip, Macadamia nut and white chocolate, Snickerdoodle and Berries and Cream.
These cookies have like a cookie dough center. They are good just iut of the box/fridge. Or better yet, heat them up a bit and the cookie flavor comes alive.
They seem expensive, but for the size (5.5 oz) and the quality, it is well worth the spend. I will do it again.
My experience with purchasing Taylor chip cookies was wonderful. The cookies were a Valentine's day gift my my nephews. They loved them and even warmed them up easily in the oven as a treat with coco. I would definitely recommended giving them a try.
The cookies were bought for a friend who likes cleaner ingredients and supporting small businesses. We bought 12 and were so stuffed each time we had some. We followed the directions and warmed them up int he oven and they were some of the most amazing cookies I have EVER tasted! I ordered them to be delivered on a certain date and they were right on time! I will definitely be ordering again. I hope to visit a store at some point too.
The cookies are great, but nuke them for 15 to 20 seconds and they are amazing. The PBJ is addicting, the chocolate cookies decadent. Try them and get hooked for life.
I gave them as a gift and they were so nicely packaged and presented on top of being delicious.
My husband and I love the basic cookies.. choc chip, oatmeal raisin so start with them and try a few new ones with each order. Chocolate lava used to be my favorite now it’s s’mores. Cookies are shipped individually wrapped which is a big plus. They arrive fresh and delicious!
These are the best cookies!! I’ve ordered them more often than I like to admit. S’mores is my favorite flavor!
I had seen these wonderful cookies on Facebook and decided to give them a try! And I’m so glad I did! I chose 12 of the pick your own package and each and everyone of them has been outstanding! You won’t be disappointed that’s for sure. They take cookies to a whole new level of YUMMINESS

When we opened the salted caramel cookie was not pretty. Kind of smashed and leaking out of top.
The PBJ was horrible. Kind of raw in the middle and wasn’t fond of the taste.
The other 4 were ok…not as good as the first time we had them. Maybe you guys were just too busy trying to fill Valentines orders.
The cookies were nice and soft, but a bit too rich for my liking. Delivery was on time and I appreciated that all cookies were wrapped in their own sealed wrapper and labeled clearly.
Literally the best cookies I’ve ever eaten!! I’ll be back for more! I chose the dozen and couldn’t be happier. I’ve shared with many friends and they are obsessed!
We found the cookies to be a nice treat. They are especially tasty when warmed up.
