Excellent cookies. Loved by all that I sent to. I just had trouble with one order that was to go to the same address as my other order. The party received their cookies on time, the other a week later and both were to be delivered to the same address at the same time. Otherwise all is good.
Very good cookies. Very good. I just warmed them a few seconds and it was like they were fresh out of the oven! Loved them
The cookies were great however this was the 2nd time i ordered half a dozen. Both times they gave me a wrong cookie. 5 out of 6 correct both times. Can't complain the cookies i did receive were bad but for as much as these cookies cost, it should be 6 out of 6 every time. Have confidence itll be a great cookie but refrain from ordering because of these two disappointments. I can chalk up human error however the 2nd time with only 6 cookies, that order should be correct!
These are SO good. We like to buy 6 and cut them up in portions and try them all. :-) Customer Service was wonderful and quick to respond on my request to determine ship date.

The brookie & chocolate chip cookies were especially delicious! You can microwave them or put them in the oven & they taste great either way! Cookies that are more desserts.
Great company. We had a mix up on delivery schedule. Taylor Chip made it right and sent new order out. Cookies were awesome. I will order again
This is the second order from Taylor chip directly and third if you count a local one from Door Dash. I found that the light dough in both the bookie and chocolate chip was extremely dry and crumbly, almost like what you would expect for a sandie. That chocolate chip, I am sorry to say, was the worse one I have experienced in years. The chocolate based dough was alright.
Smores cookie was the best cookie I have ever had but was not three servings lol. I ate the entire cookie. Brownie cookie and Chocolate Lava cookie also excellent. I did not heat the oatmeal cookie and wish I had as it wasn’t as good as the others. The chocolate chip was good but the s’mores was by far the best. Not something I can order often as they are very pricey especially when adding the shipping on top of the cost.
I was very excited to get these cookies and take them to a ladies retreat I was attending.
The receipt date was 4-5 days before I was supposed to leave.
2 days before I was supposed to get them I got an email saying that they didn't wanna ship my cookies out for fear of them being shipped over the weekend and not being fresh. I planned on getting them early and freezing them for a few days and then taking them to the event.
Because they decided not to ship them when they said they would and held them the cookies did not come till the day I had to leave - getting there 5 hours after I had to leave.
I was very disappointed. In turn all the ladies were disappointed they were not able to try them.
Bad all the way around. Not a good 1st impression
Cookies are big and good, not as much of a homemade taste as I would have liked. A little pricey for what you get and little too sweet and doughy, but still good🙂
This was the first time I’ve had the cookies delivered, but have been to the stores several times. I was happy to find that the cookies were as delicious and fresh as if I had gone to the store. Absolutely delicious!
Crisp outside and Soft centers like just baked-and the most amazing flavors! I plan on being a regular customer- my whole family loves these cookies!
