Tonight I’m having a cookies n cream. It just came out of the oven and it smells so delicious. My mouth is watering because I know it’s going to taste just as good as it smells- pure yum!!

I have purchased cookies from here many times and they typically come beautifully packaged. I understand that you're ordering more boxes for packaging - totally understandable! No issues with that. I was.just bummed when I opened the box and most of them were smashed.

As always the cookies are amazing with no extra unnecessary ingredients like other cookie companies. As a local we’re spoiled so anytime we travel and visit friends we get these cookies shipped to their house to enjoy. No one yet has had a bad cookie, big in size and love how it’s chewy and undercooked in the middle.

I've had Taylor Chips when I drive through Lancaster, but this was the first time I've had them delivered. It was a mistake . . . because now I know the same exact delicious cookies can arrive at my door. Goodbye waistline, hello permanent comfy pants.
I would like to commend the customer service that Taylor Chip provides to its customers. I couldn't have had a better outcome from a USPS mistake. My sister moved into a new apartment and had not listed as a resident with the post office before I sent her a "We miss you already" cookie package. The USPS "returned to sender-Addressee unknown." I contacted Taylor Chip who graciously offered a discount to reship another package once my sister got things squared away with the post office. I appreciate the help that was offered and my sister greatly appreciated the cookies she finally received. She reported that the cookies were so soft and doey and especially good if heated for a little in the microwave.
