I put my Taylor Chip cookies is gift bags, people are so impressed and cannot believe how big the cookies are. They taste great and the combos and choices are yummy it's hard to choose. I have ordered multiple times and will order again. Thank you Taylor Chip!

All flavors I ordered were fantastic!! Our son introduced us to your cookies 2 years ago when my husband was recovering from surgery.
The lava cake cookies are amazing and so good! They are very rich but so flavorful and I have to suggest warming them up it makes it that much better and Taylor chips customer service was top notch I had issues with a batch that I ordered not showing up and they did not hesitate to remake my order and send it back out the following day and even sent it out on 2 day shipping I will definitely be a returning customer Thanks Taylor Chip team!
We had a late delivery which was crummy but due to weather totally understand. I also bought the dozen but only received 11.. I took a video to have my son pick which one he wanted as he was not at the house. In the video it showed only 11.. but maybe one was taken before I was able to send my son a video to pick his own cookie…. But I’m sure there was only 11. Things happen. Still happy to help a small business grow. Cookies were shipped all the way to North Idaho :) thank you Taylor cookies. 🍪
I love these cookies! They are the best of both worlds- firm on the outside and soft on the inside. I like to warm the cookie up for a few seconds in the microwave before eating. I know it may seem like an expensive cookie but each one is really like 4 cookies.

The cookies in their packages did not look all that great to be honest. Some of them appeared better than others and the same was true for each cookie. Some of them were good and some of them were just okay! I would probably not order them again to be honest!
Was excited to order and receive my Taylor chip cookies. However, when they got here, I wished I had never ordered! I did not receive the cookies that I ordered! And by that I mean the flavors I had chosen. Fine I get there may be shortages but I feel like I should have had a warning or a choice on substitutions. There was no notification in the box explaining so I was quite confused. The cookies themselves were honestly just OK.
I had seen a post from someone that was super excited to receive her order. In that order she had received several extra cookies. As a first time buyer, I thought how wonderful and that’s part of the reason why I ordered these expensive cookies. Well, no extra cookies and I didn’t get the cookies flavors I ordered.
Overall this was not a very good experience and I’m disappointed.
These are hands down the best cookies I’ve ever eaten. Haven’t tried one yet that I don’t love. They’re all wonderful.
