Do you have an order minimum for corporate gifts & bulk orders?

There is a 20 recipient minimum order quantity on all bulk orders. If your order does not meet the minimum requirement, please place your order directly online.

When do I need to place my order by?

You will easily be able to log into our account at any time and change your cookie flavors for the next month’s shipment. We will also send you a reminder email a week before last month’s ship date.

Can I customize my corporate gifts?

We send a few personalized emails every month letting you know your options and giving you the link to change all the info in your account. You can also login to your account at any time and make those changes.

How do you ship and how much is shipping?

We packed this membership with so much value as a way to help you save money but as a small business, we need some level of commitment so that no one can take advantage of the perks like free shipping, no upcharges on gluten-friendly, vegan-friendly, etc.

Do you have any cookies for dietary restrictions?

No, as long as you use the same email, you never have to sign up for 3 months again but if you are loving it, you can pay all the way up to 12 months in advance and save!
