1a) Upon signing up for the Taylor Chip Cookie Club, members agree to pay what equates to $60/month for a minimum of a 3 month commitment ($180 upfront). 

Members will receive all perks of the Cookie Club including 1 single dozen free cookies each month that they can choose to ship to any location for free as well as unlimited free shipping on all other cookie purchases (excluding cookie cakes). 

The cookie club excludes any discounts other than the monthly discounted rate.


2a) The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to be a Cookie Club Member.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to the Cookie Club.

2b) For Tier 1, Cookie Club Members will pay $60/mo. upfront for 3 months. For Tier 2, Cookie Club Members will pay $55/mo. upfront for 6 months. For Tier 3, Cookie Club Members will pay $50/mo. upfront for 12 months.

If the Cookie Club Member does not reach the end of the term paid for and decides to cancel, Taylor Chip will only refund the tier below the one paid for by the Cookie Club Member according to the months that have already been accredited to the Member’s account.

If the Cookie Club Member is subscribed for 3 months and terminates after 2 months, the Member will be responsible for the full price of all cookies and shipping associated with ALL their orders during the time they were a member. After price adjustment is made, the remaining balance will be refunded to the Member. 


3a) Due to the type of product we offer, we cannot accept returns. Once your order payment is complete we will not be able to refund you. If there is something wrong with your shipment when it arrives please take pictures right away and contact us at: Joyful@taylorchip.com with your Tracking & Order Number. We will work with Fedex or UPS to get you a full refund which may take a month or more. Alternatively, we will reimburse you for whatever products were damaged after you provide photo evidence of the box and product damaged. 


The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Cookie Club constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your membership, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.


These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Cookie Club following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
