I would like to commend the customer service that Taylor Chip provides to its customers. I couldn't have had a better outcome from a USPS mistake. My sister moved into a new apartment and had not listed as a resident with the post office before I sent her a "We miss you already" cookie package. The USPS "returned to sender-Addressee unknown." I contacted Taylor Chip who graciously offered a discount to reship another package once my sister got things squared away with the post office. I appreciate the help that was offered and my sister greatly appreciated the cookies she finally received. She reported that the cookies were so soft and doey and especially good if heated for a little in the microwave.

I put it in the frig and reheat in micro. They are so good. They were too large for one person, so I break them into 2 and share with my husband.
Was really excited to try because they said they make their own cookies with fine ingredients. No ingredients were listed, that would be a nice change.

The missus and I enjoyed your cookies. We've had them for about two weeks (no refrigeration) and they're still chewy and yummy. She loved the double chocolate, and I liked the cookies & cream. That said, we did have a few issues: first, even with a significant discount, it still cost nearly $5 per cookie (which is not completely outrageous, but it is still pretty hefty); second, your distance from us is a problem -- ordering a dozen cookies is a lot for two, and while we can give them away to friends, what? are you crazy?! Third, and this is no slight to your cookie-making prowess, my wife's homemade chocolate chip cookies are the best gol-durn cookies I've ever eaten, and it's not even close! Unfortunately, she only makes them a couple times a year (no matter how much I beg). All this to say, we do like your cookies, but it'll probably only be a once-a-year thing for us, if that.

Although they all have their uniqueness and they were tasty I just felt like I was eating the same cookie over and over… I also didn’t like how they seemed a bit raw even after heating it up. A suggestion I would have is to include instructions on how to best eat them if ordering online, they just weren’t worth all the hype for me but I feel like getting them in person would be a different experience.
As always love your cookies. But those maple pecan was so YUMMY. Maple is one of my favorite flavors. Keep them in your selection. Just gave a box to a friend for her birthday loved is hooked.
