Delicious cookies but terribly overpriced. A couple slightly broke during shipping. The chocolate strawberry cookie completely melted and had to go into the freezer. Considering the expense, the cookies should have been perfect.
Good gooey cookies but they have a ton of sugar. Im a huge sweet tooth and I couldnt finish a whole cookie.

Both of the Chocolate Covered Strawberry cookies (which were the reason I placed this order) were SO smashed and "melted-looking" when I opened the box that they were completely STUCK to both sides of the clear plastic wrapper!
When I opened the top of the wrapper, the cookie was not able to be removed from its package! I had to cut 3 sides of the wrapper open just to access the cookie, but when I peeled the "top" of the plastic wrapper open to get to the cookie, the cookie was torn apart/stuck to both sides of the plastic! They were not able to be removed from their plastic to eat! The insides of these 2 cookies were RAW/uncooked dough! :(
They were such a stuck to the plastic, gooey MESS that I couldn't pick them up to eat! I had to throw BOTH of them out in the trash! :(
So, I was not able to pick-up/eat 1/3 of the cookies that I paid a lot of money for (and I live on Social Security Disability income!)! :(
This was SOOO disappointing, and a waste of 1/3 of the money I paid. :(
Cookies were amazing! The discount code I used was what made me order! My fave is the pb chocolate! Hands down! Would luv to try a chocolate mint Oreo if ever thought of!

The cookies were delicious! I can tell the quality is very high. My only disappointment is that they weren't as fresh as they could have been. I wish you offered overnight shipping. The freshness is the only reason I give four stars instead of five

I recently ordered a dozen cookies using the “choose your own cookies” and they were all fantastic! I ordered when there was a special and free shipping which made it even “sweeter”. The cookies were delicious and seemed straight from the oven when warmed in the microwave. The smores and chocolate lava cake cookies are over the top….loved all the flavors I ordered!
Same as always pleasing to the taste buds and yummy in my tummy.
While the cookies were substantial and creative, they were dry and crumbly after a couple of days of traveling. I am sure they are great on the day that they are baked but the cellophane pouch they are packed in does little to retain freshness. It is suggested to heat them prior to eating but nothing was going to salvage them. I'd give them 2 stars but there really is a lot of effort that goes into the product. They just don't travel well.
I have always enjoyed your amazing cookies but this cookie fell short, mainly because of its sickening sweetness (sorry!). I'll place an order again in the future but for my favorite flavors. This one was a bust.
Other than a couple of them being smashed,they were the best cookies around. The original order tracking got stuck and didn’t arrive , but when I contacted you a new order was sent.
I do really like Taylor Chip cookies. I wish there was better packaging for the cookies though. 2 or 3 of the cookies were squished, and didn't look appetizing. The flavors are great for the cookies, but I don't know if the cookies are worth it for price point.
