The reason they get 3 stars is because the product is great! The cookies are delicious. Why I didn't give a 5-star review is because 2 things went wrong with my cookies. I paid extra for special delivery for it to arrive on time for Mother's Day and there were multiple cancellations of sending the product until I reached out to figure out what was going on and then it was finally sent out and unfortunately arrived one day after Mother's Day. I'm knocking stars off because I paid to have it arrive on time. Another unfortunate thing that happened is we got a lava cake cookie instead of a carrot cake cookie is what i believe we ordered. The product is great, but the mishaps hurt its overall rating. I hate to write this, but I feel disappointed.
The cookies were great! Especially heated up for a little bit! The Smores and Cinnamon Bun are my favorite so far!
We sent these fabulous cookies to our mothers for Mother's Day. We had a personal note included in each one - but neither mom got the note, and did not know who they were from. Had to call them to see if they got them, which was sad... they thought we forgot Mother's Day... Not good. They must fix this!
I found this gem of a cookie shop while scrolling on Instagram one night and instantly went to their page to see what was up! I've always been reluctant to order anything from social media ads, but that night I said "F it" and ordered half a dozen random cookies. I've now placed about 3or 4 orders since then and absolutely love this place. I live in Louisiana BTW!

Lava cookies were flat; chocolate chip were okay; chocolate brownie were kind nda dry and broken; very expensive cookies didn’t measure up
I purchased a variety pack and they are wonderful.. great selection, heavy weight, moist and full of flavor ..I’ll buy again
The strawberry mother's day flavor should be a regular cookie in the menu... It was an incredible cookie and then the brookies should never go away just amazing cookies!
Very pleased with my purchase of the 12 pack variety cookies. They are exceptional and you are right about a few seconds in the microwave which gives you a gooey center and a scoop of ice cream makes an amazing dessert
You need to cook them a little longer! They were really doughy for my taste.

Absolutely wonderful - these are by far the best cookies I've ever had. They are so big, I can break them in half, eating 1/2 now & the other half later. I microwave them for 20 sec & they are even better when heated. I will be ordering soon again.

I ordered this bundle by accident but thoroughly enjoyed the variety and ability to try Taylor Chips smorgasbord. We froze cookies and each person had half a cookie. The cookies are all big enough to share like that. Warmed about 20 seconds in the microwave! Great way to stave a sweet tooth! Thank you for making such good cookies. The cost is a bit prohibitive but a once in a while take.
At least 4 cookies were very dry. Received the order the day after Easter.
