Shipping policy

Please understand that once FedEx/UPS picks up your package, it is out of our hands and they now hold responsibility, we insure our packages and they have their claims department that we have to go through. We do not own FedEx?UPS and once package leaves are facility we release all liability for delivery and damages to the burden of the carrier. 

Your Address: We ship to the address you provide. If you provide the wrong address your package may not be delivered. You will have to solve the problem by working directly with FedEx. There are NO guarantees on delivery dates or time in transit.
